Refund policy
At Next Level Prints we are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please let us know and we will do what we can to ensure you have a great experience.
If your order has not yet been printed, it is Next Level Print’s decision as to whether a refund is appropriate.
If your order has already been printed, there are absolutely no refunds.
If the order you placed is incorrect and you believe it was a result of our production process, Next Level Prints will reprint any order that is incorrect due solely to printing error.
This includes:
Faulty Product
If the product has a manufacturing defect such as smudges, tears etc.
Placement Issue
If a print is clearly crooked or off-center (>1").
Incorrect Image
If we printed the wrong image.
Wrong Item Sent
In cases in which the error was created by the customer we will reprint but the customer is responsible for the cost. Instances include:
Ordered Wrong Size
Customer ordered wrong size or it did not fit to their satisfaction
Artwork Issue
Low quality print as a result of providing us with low quality images
Incorrectly Provided Address
If you made an error in the address that caused your order to be shipped to the wrong address.
Incorrect Image
You selected the wrong image to be printed.
In rare cases we offer refunds, but a reprint is the preferred solution.
